Julien Brown

Julien graduated from The Robert Gordon University in 2011 with a Masters Degree in Architecture. He also graduated from Aberdeen University in 2001 with an Honours degree in Physics.

Since graduating, Julien has worked for various Architectural firms gaining varied experience in the Highlands and Aberdeenshire. He spent a few years away from architecture working in the oil industry and in recent years has taken time out to project manage and build his and Vanessa's house. Most recently, Julien has been a stay-at-home dad.

Julien's variety of experience and formal education have enabled him to combine scientific/technical understanding and architectural design with a practical mindset. His self-build experience combined with his architectural expertise, makes Julien ideally suited to supporting fellow self-builders and working with contractors to realise your project.
